Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Warin Security Inc. ("Warin", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cybersecurity monitoring and scanning platform ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to secure your account credentials.

3. Authorized Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree:

  • You will only add and scan assets (domains, subdomains, IP addresses, email addresses) that you own or are authorized to monitor.
  • You will not use the Platform for unauthorized testing, exploitation, or unlawful surveillance.
  • You will not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.

Warin Security Inc. disclaims all liability for unlawful use of the Platform. Users who breach this obligation may have their accounts suspended or terminated immediately.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store or process payment card data directly. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for partial months.

5. Fair Usage

To maintain service stability, we may apply usage limits tied to your subscription plan. Excessive usage or behavior that negatively impacts other users may result in temporary suspension, throttling, or permanent termination of your account.

6. Data and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and assets you provide, including scan results and findings. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your data as necessary to deliver our services. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except as required to operate the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, features, and content, is the exclusive property of Warin Security Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may cancel your account and subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all security vulnerabilities will be detected or prevented. Any recommendations or fix guides—including those generated by automated systems—are provided for informational purposes only; you are responsible for validating and implementing any changes within your environment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warin Security Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Warin Security Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful scanning or monitoring activities.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in Alberta.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, third-party service providers, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
